- All products are handcrafted or finished with traditional methods. Minor variations in size, weight, colour, and finish are inherent to the craft and are not defects.
- Product images are for representation. Actual product appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted nature.
- Weights and dimensions stated are approximate.
- Brass naturally tarnishes over time. Tarnishing, darkening, or oxidation is not a defect and is not covered under return or refund.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in product descriptions or pricing without prior notice.
5. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping charges, if any, are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and order weight.
- For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our pricing.
- We accept payments through our authorised payment gateways via credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, wallets, and other methods displayed at checkout.
